Users & Workspaces

Add client users, organise client workspaces, and keep access clean as you grow.

Users are the people who can log in.

Workspaces are the client areas they log into.

Private beta

Partner user and workspace management is part of the private beta release.

Simple Example

If you work with three clients, you might have:

ClientWorkspaceUsers
Client AClient A workspaceClient owner + sales rep
Client BClient B workspaceClient founder
Client CClient C workspaceClient team

Each client should only see their own workspace.

Add a Client User

Open Partner PanelUsers.

Click Provision User

This creates a new user for your partner portal.

Add their name and email

Use the email address they should use to log in.

Add a workspace name

Use the client's business name so the workspace is easy to recognise.

Create the user

Submit the form.

Send the password email

After the user is created, send them a password email from the user action menu.

What Roles Mean

Role typeSimple meaning
Client userUses their own workspace.
Workspace owner/adminManages one workspace.
Partner operatorManages the partner portal and client workspaces.

Do not give a normal client partner-level access unless they should help manage the whole partner portal.

Workspaces

Open Partner PanelWorkspaces to see client workspaces.

Use this page to:

  • Find a client workspace.
  • Check when it was created.
  • Open workspace details.
  • Confirm the right users are connected to the right workspace.
  • Check which client workspaces are active as your partner account grows.

Support Access

If you use impersonation or support access, treat it like logging in to help a client.

Only use it when you need to solve a client issue.

Keep Empty Workspaces Under Control

During private beta, partner billing and workspace activation may be handled differently depending on your setup.

If you are preparing workspaces before clients are live, check the billing or partner setup agreed for your account before inviting users. The goal is to keep your client pipeline organised without accidentally treating every draft workspace like an active paid client.
