Partner Panel
Manage the branded portal, client workspaces, feature access, and partner operations from one place.
Partner Panel is the control centre for your partner business inside Acquisity.
Use it to manage the portal your clients log into, the workspaces they use, the features they can access, and the partner settings connected to your offer.
Private beta
Partner Panel is only visible to invited private beta partners and approved partner operators.
How to Open It
Sign in to your partner account and look for Partner Panel in the workspace switcher.
If you do not see it:
- Make sure you are using the right account.
- Make sure partner access has been enabled for you.
- Try opening your partner portal link.
- Contact support if it should be enabled but is missing.

Simple rule
If you are unsure, test changes with an internal client user before inviting real clients.
What Clients Can See
Clients only see their own workspace.
They do not see:
- Partner Panel.
- Other client workspaces.
- Partner billing or setup pages.
- Other clients' users or data.
Safe Support Actions
Partner operators may have support tools to help clients.
Use them carefully:
- Only access a client workspace when helping that client.
- Avoid changing client data unless they asked you to.
- Return to Partner Panel when support is finished.
What Makes This Different From a Normal Workspace
A normal workspace is where one client or one team does the work.
Partner Panel sits above that. It helps you manage the business you are building around the software:
- Who your clients are.
- Which workspaces belong to them.
- What product access each client should have.
- What brand and login experience they see.
- Which partner billing or payout areas apply to your account.
