Switch Between Workspaces

Switch workspaces, create new ones, or open settings

The workspace menu lets you jump between workspaces, create new ones, and get to settings quickly. It sits in the top-left corner of the screen.

What You Can Do From Here

When you click the workspace name in the top-left corner, a dropdown opens with:

  • Your workspaces - Click any one to switch to it
  • New Workspace - Create a brand new workspace
  • Settings - Jump to the current workspace's settings
  • Sign Out - End your session

Open the Workspace Menu

  1. Look at the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click the workspace name (or logo) shown there.
  3. A dropdown menu opens.

Switch to a Different Workspace

  1. Open the workspace menu.
  2. You will see a list of all workspaces you belong to.
  3. Click the one you want to go to.
  4. The page changes to that workspace's dashboard.

Tip

Your current workspace has a blue checkmark next to it so you can tell which one you are in.

Create a New Workspace

  1. Open the workspace menu.
  2. Click New Workspace.
  3. A box pops up asking for a name.
  4. Type in a name for your workspace (3 to 32 characters).
  5. Click Create Workspace.
  6. You are taken to the new workspace automatically.
  7. The onboarding wizard starts right away.

Note

If your account does not allow creating workspaces yet, you will see Book a Call instead of New Workspace. Click it to schedule a time with the team to get access.

Open Settings

  1. Open the workspace menu.
  2. Click Settings (this only shows when you are inside a workspace).
  3. You are taken to the workspace settings page.

Sign Out
