Switch Between Workspaces
Switch workspaces, create new ones, or open settings
The workspace menu lets you jump between workspaces, create new ones, and get to settings quickly. It sits in the top-left corner of the screen.
What You Can Do From Here
When you click the workspace name in the top-left corner, a dropdown opens with:
- Your workspaces - Click any one to switch to it
- New Workspace - Create a brand new workspace
- Settings - Jump to the current workspace's settings
- Sign Out - End your session
Open the Workspace Menu
- Look at the top-left corner of the screen.
- Click the workspace name (or logo) shown there.
- A dropdown menu opens.
Switch to a Different Workspace
- Open the workspace menu.
- You will see a list of all workspaces you belong to.
- Click the one you want to go to.
- The page changes to that workspace's dashboard.

What the Badges Mean
| What You See | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Blue checkmark | This is the workspace you are in right now |
| Yellow "Inactive" badge | This workspace's onboarding was skipped |
| Logo or colored square | The workspace's custom logo (or a placeholder) |
Inactive Workspaces
If a workspace shows a yellow "Inactive" badge, it means onboarding was skipped:
- Click that workspace to go into it.
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Onboarding restarts so you can finish setting it up.
- After you finish onboarding, the "Inactive" badge goes away.
What If the List Is Empty
If you do not see any workspaces:
- Nobody has invited you to a workspace yet.
- Click New Workspace to create your own (if your account allows it).
- Or ask someone to invite you to their workspace.
