Features & Settings

Shape the product package each client sees and keep the partner portal aligned with your offer.

Features are the tools your clients can see and use.

Settings control the basic behaviour of your partner portal.

Private beta

Feature and partner settings are part of the private beta. Some options may be enabled by support during setup.

Features

Open Partner PanelFeatures.

Use this page to decide which tools clients should see.

Changing a feature setting changes the client's sidebar and available tools. It does not rewrite the client's existing data.

For most partners, start small:

  1. Turn on only the tools you are actively selling or supporting.
  2. Test the client view.
  3. Invite real clients after the setup is clear.
ToolSimple advice

Workflows are coming soon

Workflows and automation tools are in development and coming soon. Do not rely on them for general client onboarding yet.

Turning on a feature does not always grant beta access

Some features are still controlled by private beta access. If a tool is not enabled for your partner account, turning on a visibility setting may not make it usable for clients.

Settings

Open Partner PanelSettings.

Common settings include:

SettingWhat it means
Public signupWhether people can sign up from your partner portal
OnboardingWhether new users see or skip the standard onboarding flow
Legal linksYour terms, privacy policy, or other policy links

Partners can only choose to show onboarding or skip it entirely. Onboarding uses one fixed sequence, so partners cannot hide, reorder, or configure individual steps.

Announcements

Open Partner PanelAnnouncements to publish updates for your partner users.

Use this for simple messages like:

  • New client onboarding instructions.
  • Service updates.
  • Training reminders.
  • Important changes clients should know about.

AI Modes

Open Partner PanelAI Modes if support has enabled custom AI modes for your partner portal.

Use AI Modes when your AI Consultant needs to match your offer, process, or service model.

Billing and Commission Areas

If partner billing is enabled for your account, Partner Panel may include billing, MRR, payout, or commission views.

Use those areas to understand which client workspaces are active, what revenue is attached to them, and which partner payments or commissions apply to your setup. To connect the account that receives your commissions, see Payouts.

If you do not see these areas, they are not enabled for your private beta account yet.

Simple Rollout Checklist

  1. Keep anything untested turned off.
  2. Test as a client user.
  3. Confirm the sidebar is simple.
  4. Add a short announcement if clients need context.
  5. Invite clients after you are happy with the setup.
