Manage Your Personal Account

Manage your profile, security, availability, and personal integrations

Your personal settings control your profile and integrations across all workspaces. These settings follow you no matter which workspace you are in.

What You Can Change Here

Your account settings are split into six pages in the left menu under "Personal":

  • Profile - Your name, photo, and email
  • Appearance - Light or dark mode
  • Security - Password and active sessions
  • Availability - Your working hours, timezone, and meeting buffers
  • Email & Calendar - Connect Google or Outlook email/calendar accounts and choose where meetings are created
  • Conferencing - Set up your meeting link

How to Get to Account Settings

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
  2. Click Settings in the menu that opens.
  3. Click Profile in the left menu under "Personal".

Profile and Identity

Change Your Name

  1. Click Profile in the left menu.
  2. Find the "Update your Name" card.
  3. Type in your new name (at least 3 letters).
  4. Click Update Name.

Your new name shows up right away in all workspaces.

Change Your Email

  1. Click Profile in the left menu.
  2. Find the "Update your Email" card.
  3. You will see your current email shown (you cannot edit it directly).
  4. Type in your new email address in the "New Email" field.
  5. Click Update Email Address.
  6. Open your current email inbox (the one you use to log in today) and click the confirmation link.
  7. Then open your new email inbox and click the verification link that arrives there.

The change happens in two steps: first you approve it from your current inbox, then you verify the new address from its inbox.

Important

Your email does not change until you finish both steps. Keep using your old email to log in until you complete them. Each link only works for about 10 minutes, so open the emails right away — if a link has expired, just submit the change again from Profile.

Change Your Profile Photo

  1. Click Profile in the left menu.
  2. Find the "Your Profile Picture" card.
  3. Click Choose File.
  4. Pick an image file from your computer.
  5. Use the crop tool to adjust what is shown.
  6. Save your changes.

Tip

A square image (same width and height) looks best. Your photo shows up in the left menu, comments, and team member lists.

Appearance

Switch Between Light and Dark Mode

  1. Click Appearance in the left menu.
  2. Pick your preferred look:
OptionWhat It Does
LightWhite background with dark text
DarkDark background with light text
SystemMatches whatever your computer is set to
  1. The change happens right away. No save button needed.

Security

Change Your Password

  1. Click Security in the left menu.
  2. Find the "Update your Password" card.
  3. Type in your current password.
  4. Type in your new password.

Your new password must be at least 12 characters long (maximum 72). A strength indicator below the field shows what is still needed.

  1. Click Update Password.

Note

Changing your password automatically signs you out of all other devices. You will need to log in again on those devices.

No Password Yet?

If you signed up with Google or another social login and never set a password, you will see a "Set Password" card instead. Type in a new password and click Set Password to enable email/password login.

View and Revoke Active Sessions

  1. Click Security in the left menu.
  2. Scroll down to the "Active Sessions" card.
  3. Look at the list of devices that are logged in.
  4. If you see a device you do not recognize, click the X next to it.
  5. That device is signed out right away.

Availability

Set your working hours so the system knows when you can take meetings.

Set Your Timezone

  1. Click Availability in the left menu.
  2. Pick your timezone from the dropdown.
  3. Click Save.

Your timezone affects when meeting slots show up for other people, and when scheduled emails go out.

Set Buffer Times

  1. Click Availability in the left menu.
  2. Find Buffer Times.
  3. Choose a Before meeting buffer and an After meeting buffer.
  4. Click Save.

Buffer options are No buffer, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, and 30 minutes. You can set a different buffer before and after meetings.

Buffer times help prevent back-to-back bookings. They are treated as unavailable time around meetings, so AI SDR booking offers avoid slots that would overlap your buffer.

Set Your Working Hours

  1. Click Availability in the left menu.
  2. For each day of the week:
    • Turn the day on to mark yourself as available.
    • Set your start and end times.
    • Use the + button if you want more than one time block in a day.
  3. Click Save.

Default Hours

Turning on a day without setting times creates a default 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM slot.

Copy Hours to Other Days

  1. Set up hours for one day.
  2. Click the copy icon next to that day.
  3. Pick which other days should use the same hours.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Save.

Email & Calendar

Connect your email/calendar account so the system can create meetings and check for scheduling conflicts.

Connect Google or Outlook Email & Calendar

  1. Click Email & Calendar in the left menu.
  2. If no account is connected yet, choose Google Account (Email/Calendar) or Outlook Account (Email/Calendar) and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account in the popup window.
  4. Allow the permissions it asks for.
  5. Use Create events on to choose where new meetings get created.
  6. Use Check for conflicts on each connected account to decide which calendars block busy times.
