Billing & Credits

Manage your subscription, view usage, and purchase credits

The billing page shows your current plan, credit balances, and email account information. Only Owners can see this page.

How to Get Here

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
  2. Click Settings in the menu that opens.
  3. Click Billing under "Workspace" in the left menu.

Who can see this?

Only workspace Owners can see and access the Billing page. Admins, Members, and Clients will not see it in the left menu.

Important

All features need a paid subscription. There is no free tier. Lead credits are used when AI Lead Search delivers verified leads. Uploading existing leads or sending campaign emails does not spend lead credits.

Bought a course or program?

A paid course or education program is a separate purchase from the platform subscription and credits. New workspaces start with no subscription and 0 credits. See What does my course or program purchase include?

Your Current Plan

What You See

The top of the billing page shows:

InformationWhat It Means
Plan NameThe subscription you are on right now
Next Billing DateWhen your next billing cycle starts

Click Manage Billing to see your monthly price and full billing breakdown.

Understanding Lead Credits

Lead credits are used when AI Lead Search delivers verified leads for campaigns. Each verified lead delivered uses 1 lead credit.

Check Your Credit Balance

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Look at Credit Balances.
  3. Review the balances shown, such as Lead credits or Website credits if they are included in your workspace.

Do credits renew?

Plan-included credits and one-time topups never reset and never expire. Whatever you haven't spent carries forward. Recurring credit packs work differently: they refill back up to their full pack amount each month, and unused recurring-pack credits don't stack above that amount.

  • Next Billing Date is when your subscription renews. It doesn't change your credit balance.
  • Credit packs bought through Buy More come as One-Time Topups (stay until used) or Recurring Credits (refill back up to their full amount each billing cycle, capped at the pack amount). In workspaces billed through a partner, the available pack types depend on how your partner has set up billing.
  • Running low? Buy more rather than waiting for a reset that won't come.

Things to Know

  • Your plan, purchase, or credit pack determines which credits are included.
  • Lead credits are for verified leads delivered by AI Lead Search.
  • Uploading leads from a CSV or sending emails does not use lead credits.
  • Other balances, such as Website credits, may appear if your plan includes them.
  • When you run out of lead credits, you cannot import more AI-found leads until you top up or your plan provides more.

Manage Your Subscription

See Billing Details

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Click Manage Billing to see:
    • Your subscription charges
    • Domain and inbox charges (billed separately)
    • Payment history

Note

Inbox charges and subscription charges show up separately. Click Manage Billing to see everything.

Understanding your billing history statuses

Manage Billing opens your billing portal outside Acquisity. There you can see every invoice on your account along with its status, which tells you whether money was actually collected:

StatusWhat It Means
PaidThe payment went through and you were charged this amount.
OpenThe invoice hasn't been paid. No money has been collected for it.
VoidThe invoice was canceled. You were not charged.
UncollectibleThe invoice was written off after payment could not be collected. You were not charged.

Open does not mean charged

An invoice marked Open is an unpaid invoice, not money you paid. If a subscription renewal payment fails, that unpaid invoice stays visible as Open in your billing history, even after you subscribe again later.

This can look like two charges for the same plan on different dates, but only the invoice marked Paid was actually collected.

In workspaces billed through a partner, use Manage Subscription instead. Your partner's billing system shows your invoices.

Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.
  4. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Buy More Credits

If you run out of credits:

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Find the credits section.
  3. Click Buy More next to the credit balance.
  4. Pick a credit pack.
  5. Finish the checkout.
  6. Credits are added to your account right away.

Tip

Review the checkout screen before confirming a credit purchase. It shows whether the purchase is one-time or recurring and what you will be charged.

Pre-Warmed Domains and Inboxes

You can buy ready-to-use email accounts for cold email campaigns.

What You Get

ItemPriceDetails
Pre-warmed domainShown at checkout / billingComes with 3 inboxes
Pre-warmed inboxShown at checkout / billingBilled monthly

Note

Each domain comes with exactly 3 inboxes. You cannot change this number. Buy more domains if you need more inboxes.

Why This Helps

  • Already warmed: The domains and inboxes have a good sending reputation.
  • Ready to send: No warmup period needed. Start campaigns right away.
  • Managed for you: Deliverability is monitored.

How to Buy

  1. Go to Cold Email Agent in the left menu of the main dashboard.

  2. Click Email Accounts.

  3. Click Add New Inboxes (top right of the Email Accounts table).

  4. Pick Pre-Warmed Inboxes and Continue.

  5. Select the domains you want — each comes with 3 inboxes bundled.

  6. Finish checkout.

  7. Accounts are ready within 30 to 60 minutes.

Review the checkout screen carefully before purchasing. It shows the current yearly domain cost and monthly inbox cost before you confirm.

Important

Buy domains and inboxes through Cold Email Agent, not through the Billing page.

Email Accounts & Domains

The billing page includes an Email Accounts & Domains card:

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Find Email Accounts & Domains.
  3. Review total domains, total inboxes, and current yearly/monthly charges.
  4. Use Buy More to open the Email Accounts page if you need more inboxes.
  5. Use Cancel next to a domain, or Cancel all, only if you want to stop billing for those managed domains/inboxes at the end of the current period.
  6. Use Manage Billing for full subscription and payment details.
