Steps to export a large AI-generated lead list to CSV.
The Niche Researcher itself doesn't output lead CSVs — it recommends niches. The actual AI-generated leads live in the campaign they were scraped into, and that's where the export lives.
Once leads are in a campaign, export is self-serve and filter-aware.
Export leads from a campaign
- Open Cold Email Agent (under Marketing) → click the campaign holding your AI-generated leads.
- Click the Leads tab.
- (Optional) Apply filters — by status, source, bounce state, or search — to narrow down what you want.
- Click Export CSV at the top of the Leads table.
- Download arrives as
campaign-leads-<date>.csv.
For very large lists
Export isn't row-capped, but large exports can take a few seconds. If you want to slice a large list into parts:

Exporting for reuse in another campaign
A common workflow is scraping a big AI lead batch, letting a campaign run, and then exporting the leftover uncontacted leads into a fresh campaign so you can try a new sequence on them:
- Export with filter Not contacted.
- Open Cold Email Agent → New Campaign → Upload Your Own.
- Upload the exported file.
Dedupe runs workspace-wide, so any lead that's reached a different campaign since the export is skipped.
Uploaded CSVs aren't auto-verified
If you're reimporting leads, the freshness of the list matters. Uploaded CSV leads don't get a fresh email verification pass — if the original scrape was months ago, run email verification externally before re-upload to avoid bounces.
