How do I export previous campaign leads while excluding bounced emails?

Steps to export previous campaign leads while excluding bounced emails.

The campaign Leads tab can export by status, selected rows, or the current search/filter state. There is not a single "exclude bounced" toggle yet, so use the workflow below depending on how clean the export needs to be.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Cold Email Agent (under Marketing) - click the campaign.
  2. Click the Leads tab.
  3. If you only need one non-bounced group, open Status and choose the status you want, such as Not Yet Contacted, Contacted, Contacted, No Reply, Reply Received, Interested, or Meeting Booked.
  4. Review the filtered list. The count shows what will export.
  5. Click Export Leads at the top of the table.
  6. campaign-leads-<date>.csv downloads with that filtered set.

If the campaign has more than one page of matching leads, you do not need to export page by page. The export uses the full matching filtered set.

If you only want some of the matching leads, tick those rows first. When individual rows are selected, Export Leads exports only the selected rows.

If you need every non-bounced lead in one file

Because the table does not currently have a negative bounce filter, export the campaign and remove bounced rows in your spreadsheet:

  1. Clear the Status filter.
  2. Click Export Leads.
  3. Open the CSV.
  4. Remove rows where the latest status or status history contains Bounced.

This is the safest workflow when you need a mixed list of all usable leads across several statuses.

Don't forget these adjacent checks

When cleaning a list for reuse, you probably also want to exclude:

ExcludeFilter
UnsubscribedUse the Status filter for Unsubscribed and remove those rows from any reuse list.
Negative repliesCheck Reply Received leads before reusing them. Some replies are positive, some are objections, and some are opt-outs.
On DNCAlready auto-excluded from re-upload, but worth confirming before sending again.
Closed-lost dealsCheck the CRM separately - campaign lead status doesn't track this

Re-verify before re-using

Email addresses rot. If the original scrape was more than a few months ago, run the exported list through an email verification service before uploading into a new campaign. High bounce on first send flags your sending reputation.
