COLD EMAIL AGENT · CAMPAIGNS

Overview

The screen you land on when you open Cold Email Agent. Five headline numbers across the top, every campaign as a row, plus buttons to create and manage. Every part explained.

The Campaigns list is the home screen of the Cold Email Agent. Click Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar (under the Marketing group) and this is where you end up. Every campaign you've ever created shows up here as a row, alongside aggregate numbers across everything you're running.

What's on the page

Three main sections, top to bottom:

  1. Header buttons — quick access to settings, email accounts, and create a new campaign
  2. Aggregate stats — five numbers summarising how all your campaigns are doing combined
  3. Campaigns table — one row per campaign, with everything you need to see at a glance

The three buttons at the top right

ButtonWhat it does
SettingsOpens workspace-level Cold Email Agent settings — sending schedule, AI campaign management defaults, credits, and contact capacity.
Email AccountsOpens the Email Accounts manager.
New CampaignOpens the new campaign wizard.

The aggregate stats card

Five headline numbers across the top, summarising every campaign in your workspace:

NumberMeans
Contacted LeadsUnique people you've emailed (not counting follow-ups).
Positive RepliesReplies the AI classified as genuinely interested.
Positive Reply RatePositive replies as a % of contacted leads.
Booked Call Rate% of positive replies that turned into booked meetings.
Calls BookedTotal booked meetings across all campaigns.

Positive Reply Rate and Booked Call Rate are the two you'll watch most. They tell you if the overall operation is working.

The campaigns table

One row per campaign, sortable by any column. What each column shows:

ColumnWhat's in it
CampaignThe name you gave it. If the campaign was duplicated from another one, there's a small link back to the parent.
StatusBadge showing campaign state — Active, Paused, Draft, Completed, Archived, or Attention Needed.
Leads ContactedNumber of touchpoints — total emails sent for this campaign (including follow-ups).
RepliesReply count and rate as a percentage.
Positive RepliesCount and positive reply rate — shown in green if above your Healthy threshold.
Calls BookedNumber of booked meetings.
Started AtDate the campaign was created.

Click any column header to sort by that column.

Acting on one campaign (row actions)

The three-dots menu on each row has context-sensitive actions:

ActionWhen you'd use it
View Details / Continue SetupAlways visible — opens the campaign. "Continue Setup" appears on Drafts, "View Details" on everything else.
RenameChange the name.
DuplicateCreate a fresh Draft copy with the same sequence and settings. Useful for running the same playbook on a new audience.
LaunchDrafts only. Moves the campaign to Active.
PauseActive only. Stops sending.
ResumePaused only. Starts sending again.
DeleteOpens a confirmation. This is permanent — deleted campaigns cannot be recovered. Consider Archive instead.

Acting on several campaigns at once (bulk actions)

Tick the checkbox on multiple rows and a toolbar appears at the bottom showing how many rows are selected.

Bulk actionWhen it's visible
Pause campaignsIf any selected are Active
Resume campaignsIf any selected are Paused or Draft
Delete campaignsAlways. Confirmation required.

The header-row checkbox picks all visible rows at once.

Sample data for brand-new workspaces

If your workspace has no campaigns yet, the table shows demo sample data — fake campaigns with realistic-looking numbers, just so you can explore the interface before creating anything yourself.

  • A banner at the top explains it's sample data. You can dismiss the banner.
  • The sample rows are read-only — you can't click or edit them.
  • The moment you create your first real campaign, the sample data disappears and the table shows your actual campaigns.

You'll know the list is in good shape when…

  • Active campaigns are where you expect them.
  • Positive reply rate on your card is at or above your target.
  • No campaigns are stuck in Attention Needed without you having investigated.
  • You can quickly find any campaign — either by scrolling (if you have few) or searching (if you have many).

If something's not right

I created a campaign but can't find it in the list

Check if the Campaigns list is filtered. The header may have a status filter active (showing only Active campaigns, hiding Drafts). Clear any filters.

If it's still missing, see the close-the-tab FAQ — sometimes a campaign creation job is still running and hasn't yet shown up on the list.

The aggregate numbers look wrong

They can lag the per-campaign numbers by a few minutes (they're aggregated on a slower refresh cycle). Compare with individual campaigns' Analytics tabs — if those are correct but the aggregate isn't, wait 15 minutes and check again. If it's still mismatched, contact support.

I accidentally deleted a campaign

Delete is permanent — deleted campaigns can't be recovered from inside the platform. Contact support if you need help with data recovery, but don't assume it's possible. In future, use Archive (which hides but preserves) instead.
