Settings
Configure the AI SDR's behavior, call types, knowledge base, and per-campaign controls.
The AI SDR settings page lets you control how the AI SDR behaves. Go to Settings → AI SDR Agent in the left menu.
AI SDR Enabled
At the top of the settings page, there is a toggle called Auto Agent Run. This controls whether the AI SDR automatically responds to incoming email replies across your whole organization.
- On (default): The AI SDR processes replies automatically.
- Off: The AI SDR stops responding. You will need to handle all replies yourself.
Per-campaign controls
Below the main toggle, there is a button labeled Configure AI SDR for Specific Campaigns. Click it to open a popup where you can turn the AI SDR on or off for individual campaigns.
This is useful when you want the AI SDR running on most campaigns but want to handle replies from a specific campaign yourself.
Click "Configure AI SDR for Specific Campaigns"
A popup opens showing all your active campaigns.
Toggle individual campaigns
Each campaign has an on/off switch. Turn it off to stop the AI SDR from responding to replies from that campaign.
Close the popup
Your changes are saved automatically.
Call Assignment
This section controls the default person who handles meetings that the AI SDR books.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Assigned Call Handler | Pick a specific team member to handle booked calls by default. If you leave it on "Automatic assignment," the system picks someone based on role priority (owner first, then admin, then member). |
Only team members who have connected their calendar and a meeting link (Zoom or static) will appear in the dropdown. If someone is missing, they need to set up their calendar and conferencing in their account settings.
If a campaign has an Assigned Salesperson set on its Options tab, that campaign's booked meetings use that salesperson first. The Assigned Call Handler here is the workspace default when a campaign does not have its own salesperson.
Knowledge Base
This is a large text box where you can type in information about your company, products, or services. The AI SDR uses this as background knowledge when writing responses.
For example, you might add:
- What your company does
- Your pricing model
- Common questions prospects ask
- Specific phrases or terminology to use
The AI SDR uses this to give better, more accurate replies. But its main goal always stays the same: book a call with the prospect.
For a plain-English template and examples, use the AI SDR Knowledge Base guide.

These three settings control what kind of call the AI SDR tries to book, depending on the email method used in the campaign.
