AI SDR
Automated sales development that replies to prospects, books meetings, and follows up.
The AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) is your automated assistant for handling email replies from prospects. When someone responds to one of your cold email campaigns, the AI SDR reads their reply, writes a personalized response, and works to book a meeting - all without you lifting a finger.
You still have full control. Every conversation is visible in AI SDR Inbox, and you can jump in at any time to handle a thread manually.
What It Does
| Capability | How it works |
|---|---|
| Reads incoming replies | Monitors all replies to your outreach campaigns automatically |
| Writes responses | Drafts and sends personalized follow-up emails to keep the conversation going |
| Books meetings | When a prospect is interested, sends your available time slots and books a call on the assigned call handler's calendar |
| Sends follow-ups | If a prospect goes quiet, sends follow-up emails with resources you configure (videos, PDFs, case studies) |
| Flags problems | When something needs your attention (confused prospect, angry reply, unusual request), moves the thread to "Needs Attention" so you can handle it personally |
Where to Find It
Click AI SDR Inbox in the left menu. This opens the inbox where you can see all your conversations.
To change AI SDR settings (like knowledge base, follow-up resources, and call assignment), go to Settings → AI SDR Agent from the left menu.
How It Works
You launch a cold email campaign
Use the Cold Email Agent to send outreach emails to your prospect list.
A prospect replies
When someone replies to one of your campaign emails, the reply appears in the AI SDR inbox automatically.
The AI reads the reply and decides what to do
The AI SDR analyzes the reply to understand the prospect's intent - are they interested, asking a question, pushing back, or requesting to be removed?
Interested prospects get booked
If the prospect seems interested, the AI SDR checks the assigned call handler's calendar for open slots, sends available times, and books a meeting when the prospect picks one. The meeting includes the configured meeting link, such as a static link or dynamic Zoom link.
Unusual threads get flagged
If the AI is not confident about how to respond (confused prospect, angry reply, off-topic request), the thread moves to Needs Attention so you can review and reply yourself.

| Favourites | Threads you starred for quick access |
| Follow-up resources | Links to videos, PDFs, or other assets the AI includes in follow-up emails |
