Sales Call Analyzer
Get AI coaching feedback on your sales conversations.
Sales Call Analyzer gives you AI-powered feedback on your sales calls. Upload a recording or paste a transcript, and the AI will break down the conversation, score your technique, and tell you what to improve.
What It Does
- Transcribes and analyzes recorded calls (audio or video files)
- Breaks the conversation into stages (Intro, Questions, Close, etc.) based on your call type
- Gives coaching feedback on what you did well and what to improve
- Pulls out marketing insights like pain points, budget signals, and competitors mentioned
- Answers specific questions you have about the call
How to Use It
Step 1: Submit a Recording or Transcript
Click Sales Call Analyzer in the left menu, then click New Call. In the modal, choose Review an existing call recording.
You will fill out a two-step form:
- Step 1 of the form asks for the call type (Discovery Call, Interview Call, Sales Call, or Podcast Call), the call date, and prospect details (name, job title, email).
- Step 2 of the form asks for the company name, your Input Type (Upload Recording or Paste Transcript), and any Notes, Questions, or Requests you want the AI to answer about the call.
The AI takes 1-3 minutes to process depending on the length of the recording.
