Inbox
Navigate the AI SDR inbox, manage conversations, and track outcomes.
The inbox is where you see every email thread the AI SDR is handling. It is split into folders on the left side and a thread view on the right side.
Inbox folders
The left side of the inbox has two groups of folders.
The main list opens on All Replies. Above the thread list, use Search mail to search conversations and All Statuses to filter by reply status.
Top folders (always visible)
These four folders are always shown at the top:
| Folder | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Inbox | All email threads across every campaign. This is your main view. |
| Needs Attention | Threads the AI SDR could not handle on its own. The AI flagged these for you to review. |
| AI SDR Disabled | Threads where you manually turned off the AI SDR. You are handling these yourself. |
| Favourites | Threads you starred for quick access. |
Each folder shows a count of total threads and a blue badge with the number of unread threads.
Bottom folders (collapsible)
Below the top folders, there are three collapsible sections. Click on a section name to expand it and see its sub-folders.
| Section | What it contains |
|---|---|
| All Campaigns | Filter threads by campaign. Click a campaign name to see only threads from that campaign. |
| Responses | Sub-folders for thread outcomes: Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Booked. |
| Others | Sub-folders for other statuses: Out of Office, Bounced, Unsubscribed. |
When a collapsible section is expanded, it includes a search field so you can quickly find a specific campaign or status group.
Reading a thread
Click on any thread in the list to open it on the right side.
You will see:
- The full email conversation (newest messages at the top).
- Who sent each message (a person icon for human messages, a bot icon for AI-generated messages).
- The date and time of each message.
Thread actions
At the top of each thread, you have quick action buttons.
Status controls
You can update the lifecycle status of a thread. The options are:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Contacted | The prospect has been contacted but has not replied yet. |
| Replied | The prospect has replied. |
| Slots Sent | The AI SDR sent available time slots for a meeting. |
| Meeting Booked | A meeting has been booked. |
| Completed | The conversation is done. |
| Declined | The prospect said no. |
| No Response | The prospect never replied. |
Disable AI SDR for a thread
On the right side of the action bar, there is a checkbox labeled Disable AI SDR. Check this box to stop the AI from responding to this thread. You will handle it yourself.
You can uncheck it later to let the AI SDR handle the thread again.
This checkbox is hidden on threads that have been escalated. For escalated threads, click the X button on the yellow "Escalated for Review" banner instead to dismiss the escalation and move the thread under manual control.
Reply, Reply All, Forward
The open thread footer includes email actions:
- Reply — compose a response in the thread
- Forward — send the thread to someone else
- Reply All — appears when the thread has multiple recipients to include
Other actions (three-dot menu)
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the thread to see more options:
- Star / Unstar the thread (adds it to Favourites)
- Mark as read / Mark as unread
- Add to DNC (Do Not Contact) to stop all outreach to this person
- Remove from DNC if someone was added by mistake
- Delete thread to remove it permanently
Escalation notices
When the AI SDR flags a thread as "Needs Attention," you will see a yellow banner at the top of the thread explaining why. Common reasons include: the prospect asked a question the AI could not answer, the prospect seems confused, or the reply contained something unusual.
You can dismiss the escalation banner by clicking the X button on it. This moves the thread to the "AI SDR Disabled" folder so you can handle it yourself.
Follow-up status
Below the action buttons, you may see a green banner showing when the next follow-up email is scheduled. You can cancel a scheduled follow-up by clicking the X button on that banner.
If no follow-up is scheduled, you will see a grey "No follow-up scheduled" label.
Out of Office
If the AI SDR detects an out-of-office reply, the thread gets an "Out of Office" label. When that status is present, a Remove OOO quick action appears in the thread controls so you can clear it and resume normal handling.
