Where do I enter my conference/meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside) for AI SDR bookings?

To set your meeting link for AI SDR bookings:
- In the left sidebar, click Settings → Conferencing
- Under Meeting Link Type, you'll see two options:
- Static meeting link (Same link for all meetings) — use the same link for every meeting
- Dynamic meeting links (Connect Zoom account) — generate unique links per meeting
- For a static link (Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside):
- Select Static meeting link
- Paste your link in the Meeting Link input
- Click Save
- For dynamic Zoom links:
- Select Dynamic meeting links
- Connect your Zoom account in the Zoom section
- Complete the Zoom OAuth flow
Which link to use:
- Use the meeting link for whoever will actually take the call: you, the client, or the assigned salesperson
- The AI SDR includes this link in calendar invites when booking meetings with prospects
- For podcast recordings using Riverside, paste your Riverside room link as a static link
Conferencing is a personal setting. Every call handler sets their own meeting link from their own account, and the AI SDR uses the link for the user assigned to the booking.
