How do I reply to an AI SDR escalation for a 'Not Interested' prospect?

When the AI SDR escalates a conversation, the thread appears in the Needs Attention folder with a yellow Escalated for Review banner explaining why.
To reply to a "Not Interested" prospect:
- Open AI SDR Inbox from the left sidebar
- Click Needs Attention in the top section
- Click the escalated thread to open it
- Click the X on the top-right of the yellow Escalated for Review banner. This dismisses the escalation and takes you out of AI SDR control for this thread
- Click Reply to compose your response. A short acknowledgement works well: "Thanks for letting me know — appreciate your time. If anything changes, feel free to reach out."
- Open the Lifecycle dropdown in the thread header and pick Declined
The thread moves to the AI SDR Disabled folder once you dismiss the escalation — that's where all threads under manual control live. Marking Declined is the cue to future-you (and any teammate) that this lead said no.
