Can I manually set/override when the AI SDR sends a follow-up?
Currently, the AI SDR follows its automated follow-up schedule based on your AI SDR follow-up logic.
Currently, you cannot manually pick a custom send time for an AI SDR follow-up. The AI SDR automatically schedules follow-ups based on its follow-up logic and the current thread state.
Workaround
To control when a follow-up is sent:
- Open the thread in the AI SDR inbox
- Check the Disable AI SDR checkbox in the action bar at the top of the thread
- Manually send your reply at your desired time
- Uncheck Disable AI SDR if you want the AI to resume handling the thread afterward
You'll see the current follow-up status below the action buttons:
- A green banner shows when the next follow-up is scheduled
- Click the X button on the green banner to cancel a scheduled follow-up
- A grey "No follow-up scheduled" label appears when no follow-up is pending
