- Click People, Companies, or Deals.
- Click Add Field.

Default Person fields
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name (first + last) | Identity. |
| Used to identify and match people during imports and outreach. | |
| Phone | Optional. |
| Companies | Links the person to one or more Company records. |
| One social URL. Doesn't auto-populate from lead scraping. | |
| Notes | Free-form text for extra context. |
| Tags | Short labels for filtering (industry, segment, status). |
| Do Not Contact | Shows whether the person's email is blocked from outreach. |
When to use notes or tags instead
- Use Notes for long free-form context that does not need a structured field.
- Use tags for quick filtering by segment (
enterprise, ecommerce) or state (demoed, ghosted). - Split by Deal. If the extra data is deal-specific (close date, proposed price, product mix), the Deal record has its own fields and may be the better home.
