How do I export my CRM People list to a spreadsheet?

Steps to export my CRM People list to a spreadsheet.

The CRM has a one-click CSV export on People, Companies, Deals, and Appointments. Open the section you want to export, click Export, and a CSV downloads.

Whatever filter or search you have active when you click Export is what gets exported — so you can refine the list first and only download the contacts you care about.

How to export People

  1. Open CRMPeople.
  2. Apply any filter or search you want (or leave it open to export everything).
  3. Click the Export button (download icon) at the top-right of the table.
  4. A CSV downloads to your browser's default download folder.

The same pattern works on Companies, Deals, and Appointments. Each section exports its own fields.

Using the export with a campaign

To use the exported People list as a campaign lead source:

  1. Export from CRMPeople as above.
  2. Open Cold Email AgentNew Campaign.
  3. Pick lead source Upload Your Own.
  4. Upload the file. The Cold Email Agent maps the standard columns automatically.

Duplicates are skipped workspace-wide — a contact already in another campaign won't be re-added.

Export honours filters

If you've filtered by tag, stage, or search term, the export only includes what's visible. To export everything, clear the filters first.
