Dashboard
Track key metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
The Dashboard is the main workspace overview. It shows how your outreach, pipeline, and sales are performing - all in one place.
What the Dashboard Shows
The page is divided into four sections from top to bottom:
- KPI Cards - Four big numbers at the top: Contacted Leads, Positive Replies, Booked Calls, and Cash Collected
- Contacted Leads Chart - A line chart showing outreach volume over time
- Conversion Rates - How well your outreach converts at each step
- Pipeline Performance and Sales Performance - How your deals and sales calls are doing
Key Difference
Unlike other tools that count all replies (including "Out of Office" and "Unsubscribe"), this dashboard only tracks your Positive Reply Rate. This gives you a true picture of how well your offer and messaging are working.
Opening the Dashboard
-
Click Dashboard in the left menu.
-
The page loads with your numbers.
The dashboard greets you by name with "Good morning", "Good afternoon", or "Good evening" depending on the time of day.
Sample Data Mode
If your workspace has no real campaigns yet and sample data has not been cleared, the Dashboard can show sample data. This lets you see what the dashboard looks like with real numbers.
- The sample data goes away automatically once the workspace has a real campaign.
- You can also dismiss it early by clicking Clear Sample Data in the banner at the top.
- While sample data is showing, the date range picker is disabled.
Switching Workspaces
If you have more than one workspace, you can switch between them without leaving the Dashboard.
-
Click the workspace selector at the top left of the dashboard (above the KPI cards).
-
Pick a different workspace.
-
The dashboard reloads with that workspace's numbers.
The Four KPI Cards
The top row shows four key numbers:
| Card | What It Measures | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Contacted Leads | Leads newly contacted by active campaigns in the selected date range | Shows your outreach volume |
| Positive Replies | Interested replies counted from active campaign metrics | Shows how well your messaging works |
| Booked Calls | Meeting-booked events recorded for active campaigns | Shows how well interest turns into calls |
| Cash Collected | Revenue from won CRM deals closed in the selected date range | Shows the bottom-line result |
Each card also shows a percentage change compared to the previous period. A green arrow pointing up means the number went up. A red arrow pointing down means it went down.
Contacted Leads Chart
Below the KPI cards on the left side, a line chart shows how many leads you contacted each day over the selected time period. This helps you spot trends - for example, if outreach dropped off during a holiday week.
Conversion Rates
On the right side, the Conversion Rates card breaks down how well your funnel is working:
| Metric | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Positive Reply Rate | Positive Replies divided by Contacted Leads. Shows how well your cold emails resonate. |
| Booked Call Rate | Booked Calls divided by Positive Replies. Shows how well you convert interest into meetings. |
Each metric shows:
- The current percentage
- A change arrow compared to the previous period
- A progress bar showing how close you are to the target
Healthy benchmarks (these vary by method and industry):
- Positive Reply Rate: Podcast 1-2%, Interview 0.5-1.5%, AI Business Audit 0.5-1%, Direct 0.3-0.8%
- Booked Call Rate: 20-40% (25% is the default target)
Tip
If your Positive Reply Rate is good but your Booked Call Rate is low, your follow-up process may need work. Check Settings → AI SDR Agent for call assignment and knowledge base context.
Pipeline Performance
The bottom-left section shows your conversion funnel as individual stage cards:
| Stage Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Sales Calls | How many sales calls happened, and what percentage of contacted leads they represent |
| Closed Deals | How many deals closed, and what percentage of contacted leads they represent |
Each card includes a mini trend chart showing the direction over the selected time period.
This is a Conversion funnel, not a kanban board. It shows how many leads from the top of your funnel made it to each step. To see your actual deal pipeline with draggable cards, go to CRM then Deals.
Sales Performance
The bottom-right section shows two numbers:
| Metric | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Sales Calls Taken | Total number of sales calls completed in the selected period |
| Close Rate | The percentage of sales calls that turned into closed deals |
Both metrics show a change arrow compared to the previous period.
Changing the Date Range
- Click the date range picker in the top right corner.
- Pick one of these options:
| Option | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Last 7 days | The past week |
| Last 14 days | The past two weeks |
| Last 30 days | The past month (this is the default) |
| Last 90 days | The past three months |
| Last year | The past 12 months |
| All time | Everything since you started |
- All metrics, charts, and comparisons update to match the selected period.
The "change" percentages on each card compare the selected period to the same length of time right before it. For example, if you pick "Last 30 days", the change shows how this month compares to the previous month.
