CRM Overview
Manage people, companies, deals, and activities in one place
The CRM is where you keep track of everyone you talk to, every company you work with, and every deal you are trying to close. It connects to your cold email campaigns and AI SDR so interested replies, bookings, and CRM records can flow together.
What You Can Do in the CRM
- People - Store names, emails, phone numbers, and social profiles for every contact
- Companies - Group contacts by the organization they work for
- Deals - Track sales opportunities as they move through your pipeline stages
- Tasks - Create to-do items and assign them to team members
- Notes - Write down important details about a person, company, or deal
- Files - Upload files and folders for workspace CRM context
- Appointments - See scheduled meetings from your connected calendar
