Sign up vs Log in — which do I use?
If you've never accessed the platform before, use Sign up — even if you've already paid.
Sign up and Log in look like the same thing. They aren't.
- Sign up creates the account.
- Log in opens an account that already exists.
If you've paid for a plan but never opened the platform, check for a Set Password email first. Some purchases create your account for you. No email? Then Sign up first.
Which one to pick
| Your situation | Use |
|---|---|
| First time here, never clicked a signup link | Sign up |
| Paid through a course, program, partner, or cohort but never opened the platform | Sign up, using the same email address the purchase was associated with. If you received a Set Password email, your account already exists: use that link, or Log in → Forgot password |
| Already opened the platform once | Log in |
| Forgot password on an account you've used before | Log in → Forgot password (not Sign up) |
Why Sign up is needed even after payment
Paying and creating your account are two separate steps. A purchase doesn't create your login for you. You still Sign up (or use a Set Password email, if you got one) to create the account. Use the same email as your purchase so everything lines up.
If you try to Log in without having signed up, you'll see an "account not found" style error — which is accurate, but it reads like "your payment didn't go through" and trips a lot of people up.

Use the exact email from the purchase
If you paid with one email and try to Sign up with a different one, your purchase can't be matched to your account. Check the email receipt from your purchase first, and use that exact address.
After Sign up
You'll go through Onboarding to enter your website, workspace details, business type, sales method, and primary bottleneck. The platform then activates your workspace. From then on, Log in is the path. You don't Sign up again for the same account.
