What is the file size limit?
Maximum file size for uploads and tips for reducing file size.
Maximum file size: 2 GB
Most recordings fit within this limit. If your file is too large:
- Use an audio-only format (MP3 is much smaller than MP4 for the same call)
- Compress the audio (lower the bitrate)
- Trim off any dead time at the beginning or end
