GROWTH PLAN CREATOR · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Growth Plan doesn't account for my client's budget?

What to do when the growth Plan doesn't account for my client's budget.

The Growth Plan Creator optimises for growth potential — the things that would move the needle most, based on your niche and offer. It doesn't currently constrain recommendations to a specific budget, even if you've entered one.

Why this happens

The AI's job is to surface what's possible for the business — even ambitious plays that might exceed the client's current spend. Sometimes the biggest lever is something the client hasn't budgeted for yet; filtering that out would hide the best recommendations.

How to handle it

Treat the Growth Plan as a strategic starting framework, not a finished deliverable:

  1. Generate the full plan — get the complete set of recommendations.
  2. Manually adjust — remove or downgrade items that clearly exceed the budget.
  3. Highlight 2–3 high-ROI items that fit the budget, plus 1–2 "if we had more budget, these would be next" items as an upsell anchor.

Use the Pricing Calculator to back it up

For each recommendation you keep, show the ROI math. If a $3k/month ad spend can realistically drive $15k/month in additional revenue, the budget "problem" often solves itself — the client sees the return.
