Yes. Export your Apollo.io list as a CSV, then upload it into Acquisity. There is no direct Apollo.io sync for Cold Email Agent campaigns, so the handoff is Apollo export → Acquisity CSV import.
You have two entry points:

The import flow asks you to map your CSV columns to Acquisity fields. At minimum, make sure Name (or first/last name), Email, and Industry are mapped correctly. Company is optional but strongly recommended for personalization. Any extra column can be mapped with Map as {{Column Name}}, so you can use it later in your email copy.
Before uploading Apollo leads:
- Export them from Apollo as a real
.csvfile, not an Excel file renamed to.csv. - Verify the emails first if the list is old, purchased, scraped, or marked as catch-all.
- Remove obvious junk rows before upload.
- Expect duplicates to be skipped if the same email is already in another campaign in this workspace.
If the file contains cross-campaign duplicates, Acquisity shows Duplicate Leads Skipped or All Leads Already in Another Campaign. To include those people anyway, delete them from the original campaign first, then re-upload.
