My pre-warmed inboxes don't appear after purchase — how long does provisioning take?

Pre-warmed inboxes usually appear within an hour, though the warmup column can take a few hours to start showing...

Provisioning usually takes a few minutes to an hour. During this time the platform configures DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and the pre-warmed inboxes get attached to your workspace.

The UI gives you a live status:

  • "Processing domains..." — payment clearing.
  • "Provisioning domains (X/Y)..." — DNS + inbox setup in progress, with a progress bar.
  • "Provisioning complete!" — inboxes are attached and ready.

If inboxes aren't showing after an hour

  1. In the left sidebar, click Cold Email Agent (under Marketing), then Email Accounts at the top.
  2. Look for your accounts in the table. A Provisioning status badge means they're still being set up.
  3. Refresh the page if the UI seems stale.

If there's still nothing after 24 hours, contact support with your order details.

What warmup looks like after provisioning

Once inboxes are visible, their warmup activity can take another few hours to start showing. The Warmup emails column starts at 0 and climbs as simulated warmup mail goes out. The Health score column populates once the inbox has accumulated enough warmup data (usually after 50+ warmup emails).

ColumnWhat it means
Provisioning badgeSetup in progress — don't send yet
Active statusInbox is attached; safe to add to campaigns
Warmup emails column climbingWarmup traffic is live
Health score populated (80%+)Inbox is landing warmup mail in inboxes, not spam

Pre-warmed inboxes have already completed 4+ weeks of warmup before delivery, so you can add them to campaigns the moment they show Active — no further wait required for real sending.
