How do I replace burnt/spam-flagged outreach inboxes?
If your inboxes are burnt (flagged as spam by email providers): 1.
If your email accounts are getting flagged as spam, you need to replace them immediately to protect your sender reputation.
1. Stop all campaigns using the affected accounts
Go to Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar (under Marketing). For each active campaign:
- Click on the campaign to open its detail page
- Click Pause campaign in the campaign header (next to the campaign name, top-right area)
2. Purchase new pre-warmed inboxes
- Click Cold Email Agent → Email Accounts (under Marketing) in the left sidebar
- Click the Add New Inboxes button in the top-right corner
- Select Pre-Warmed Inboxes and click Continue
- Search and select available domains by clicking on them (they turn green when selected)
- Click Next when you've chosen your domains
- Set up domain forwarding by entering your business website in the Forwarding Domain field
- Review your order and click Place Order
Pre-warmed inboxes are ready to send immediately since they've been warming up for 4+ weeks.
3. Wait for provisioning to complete
After purchase, you'll see a provisioning status banner:
- "Processing domains..." - payment processing
- "Provisioning domains (X/Y)..." - domains being set up with progress bar
- "Provisioning complete!" - your new inboxes are ready
This usually takes a few minutes. You can leave the page.
4. Update your campaigns with new accounts
For each paused campaign:
- Go to the campaign detail page
- Navigate to the Options tab
- Update the email accounts selection to use your new inboxes
- Resume the campaign
5. Remove or disable the burnt accounts
In the Email Accounts table:
- Click on each burnt account to open its settings panel
- Toggle the Enabled/Disabled switch to Disabled
- Click Save
Alternatively, select multiple accounts using checkboxes and use bulk actions to disable them.
To prevent future burnout:
- Keep daily send volumes at or below 35 emails per inbox; the platform enforces this hard cap
- Monitor the Health Score column - keep it above 80%
- Check bounce rates in campaign analytics - pause if bounces exceed 5%
- Use the Status filter dropdown to quickly find accounts with errors
- Spread sending across multiple accounts rather than overloading a few
- Ensure your lead lists are verified (leads from the Acquisity database are pre-verified)
