Can I temporarily hold/pause my email accounts while I'm away?
Currently, there is no "hold" or "vacation pause" feature for email accounts.
Currently, there is no "hold" or "vacation pause" feature for email accounts. Your options are:
-
Pause all active campaigns - Go to Cold Email Agent in the left sidebar (under Marketing). For each active campaign, click on it to open the detail page, then use the pause button in the header. This stops sending but keeps accounts active and billing continues.
-
Cancel managed domains and inboxes - Go to Settings → Billing, then find Email Accounts & Domains. Use Cancel next to a domain, or Cancel all, only if you want to retire those managed domains and inboxes. Billing stops at the end of the current period, and you'd need to buy and warm new inboxes when you return.
| Action | What stops | What keeps running | Billing impact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pause campaign | Campaign sending from that campaign | Inbox warmup and account billing | No billing change |
| Pause inbox | Campaign sending and warmup for that inbox | Domain/inbox subscription remains active | No billing change |
| Cancel domain | Managed domain and its inboxes at period end | Nothing for that domain after cancellation completes | Billing stops at the end of the current period |
Recommendation: If you're away for a short period (1–2 weeks), simply pause your campaigns. The email accounts will maintain their warmup reputation. For longer absences, weigh the cost of continued billing against the time/cost of re-warming new inboxes when you return.
