How do I add leads to the blocklist?
Add the lead's email address, or their company domain, in Settings → Cold Email Blocklist.
To block a lead from future outreach, add their email address to Settings → Cold Email Blocklist.
If you want to block everyone at the same company, add the company domain instead.
Add one or a few leads
- Go to Settings → Cold Email Blocklist.
- Click Add.
- Paste one email address or domain per line.
- Click Preview.
- Review the entries, then click Import.
Use email addresses for individual people:
john@example.com
jane@example.comUse a domain only when you want to block the whole company:
example.comAdd a larger list
- Go to Settings → Cold Email Blocklist.
- Click Import CSV.
- Upload a CSV with an Email/Domain column.
- Review the import preview.
- Click Import.
The CSV template looks like this:

What happens next
Future campaign lead imports and lead searches can skip blocked addresses. If a lead is skipped because of the blocklist, campaign lead screens may show that the lead was in blocklist.
