What are the step-by-step instructions for creating a new campaign?

In the left sidebar, click Cold Email Agent (under Marketing), then click New Campaign in the top right. The campaign wizard has 4 main steps:
- Name your campaign - Enter a descriptive name like "Podcast | SaaS Founders | US | 1-50"
- Choose your lead source - Select Acquisity Lead Database to find and verify emails live with AI Lead Search, or Upload Your Own to import a CSV
- Create your sequence - Pick AI Generated or Create your own. If AI Generated is selected, choose Podcast, Interview, AI Business Audit, or Direct, then wait for the Writing Your Email Sequence progress screen
- Select email accounts - Pick which sending accounts to use, then click Create Campaign
If you use Acquisity Lead Database, the Add Leads To Campaign dialog asks how many leads to import before live email finding and verification starts. The default and minimum is 500 leads.
If Launch campaigns automatically once the setup is complete is off, Create Campaign finishes the setup and opens the campaign as a Draft. Review the Leads, Sequences, and Options tabs, then click Launch campaign when you're ready to send. If auto-launch is left on, the campaign can go Active after final setup completes.
The flow can include waiting screens while AI Lead Search imports verified leads, sequences are generated, or final setup is completed. The entire process usually takes 20-55 minutes depending on whether you're using AI lead search or uploading your own list.
