How do I set my sender domain and customize the sender name?

To customize your sender identity, you need to update the sender name in your email account settings. The sender domain depends on which type of email account you're using.
Updating Your Sender Name
Go to your email accounts
In the left sidebar, click Marketing → Cold Email Agent. Then click Email Accounts at the top of the page.
Click on the email account you want to edit
Find the account in the table and click on its row. This opens the account settings panel on the right side of the screen.
Update the sender name fields
In the settings panel, you'll see:
- First Name field
- Last Name field
Edit these to change how your name appears in sent emails. For example, if you enter "James" and "Keeble", recipients will see "James Keeble" as the sender.
Click Save
Click the Save button to apply your changes. The new sender name will be used for all future emails sent from this account.
Setting Your Sender Domain
Your sender domain depends on the type of email account:

- Use a professional sender name - Avoid nicknames or abbreviations. "James Keeble" looks more professional than "Jim K" or "JKeeble".
- Consider your audience - B2B prospects expect full names. Some industries respond better to first name only.
