Why am I being asked to pay for workspaces included in my plan?
Self-created workspaces show a subscription prompt. Workspaces included with your plan are set up for you by support.
Because a workspace you create yourself isn't the same as the ones included with your plan.
When you click New Workspace and name it, you land on an upgrade screen before you can use it. That prompt is working as intended. A workspace you create yourself is billed at the standard Pro subscription, $185/month.
The workspaces your plan includes are set up for you by our team, not through that button. Contact support and ask them to add the ones your plan covers. Tell them your plan and how many you're expecting.
Workspaces set up by the team use discounted pricing: $129/month (Legacy Pro) instead of $185. You may still see the Complete Your Workspace Setup screen the first time you open one. That's the discounted subscription step, not a mistake.
What you're seeing on screen
After you name the workspace, you're taken to a screen titled Complete Your Workspace Setup with an Upgrade & Create Workspace button.
If you back out without paying, an unused workspace may still appear in your workspace switcher. Support can remove it.
When the prompt isn't about the workspace
Sometimes the payment screen has nothing to do with workspaces. It's the purchase flow for sending domains and inboxes, which are billed separately in every workspace.
| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Sending domains | $18/year each |
| Inboxes | $8/month each, sold 3 per domain |
The smallest order is one domain with 3 inboxes, so $18 up front and $24/month. Done-For-You setup is priced differently, at $6 per inbox per month plus what the domain costs to register.
These are real registered domains and hosted mailboxes with ongoing costs, which is why they sit outside your plan.
To buy them, go to Cold Email Agent → Email Accounts, click Add New Inboxes, and choose Pre-warmed Inboxes. If an order is already in progress, you'll see its status instead of the button.
Already have domains on another workspace?
You can move existing inboxes instead of buying new ones. Go to the source workspace's Cold Email Agent → Email Accounts, select the inboxes, and click Move Accounts. See Can I transfer domains/inboxes between workspaces? for full steps.
