How do I connect a Wix domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside Wix.
Use this if your domain's DNS records are managed in Wix.
Steps
- Log in to Wix.
- Open Domains.
- Select the domain.
- Open DNS Records.
- Add a new record for the type shown in Partner Panel.
- Copy Name and Value from Partner Panel.
- Paste the values into Wix using the field map below.
- Save the record.
- Repeat until every Partner Panel record has been added.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

If Wix only shows some record categories, choose the category that matches the Partner Panel record type.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |

| Wix website uses the root domain | Connect a subdomain such as app.youragency.com so your website stays live. |
| DNS records are not editable | Your domain may use nameservers outside Wix. Edit DNS where the nameservers point. |
| Verification still pending | Wait and click Verify Domain again. |
