How do I connect a Shopify domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside Shopify domain settings.
Use this if your domain DNS records are managed in Shopify.
Steps
- Log in to Shopify.
- Open Settings.
- Open Domains.
- Select the domain.
- Open DNS settings.
- Click Add custom record or add the matching record type.
- Copy one record from Partner Panel → Domains.
- Paste it into Shopify using the field map below.
- Save the record.
- Repeat for every Partner Panel record.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

If your Shopify store uses www or the root domain, use a separate subdomain for the white-label portal, such as portal.youragency.com.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Store domain changes unexpectedly | Do not replace Shopify's existing website records. Add only the Partner Panel records for your chosen subdomain. |
| Record type is missing | Confirm the record type shown in Partner Panel. Ask support if Shopify does not allow that record type. |
| Verification still pending | Wait and click Verify Domain again. |
