How do I connect a Namecheap domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside Namecheap Advanced DNS.
Use this if your domain is registered or DNS-managed in Namecheap.
Before you start
Open Partner Panel → Domains first. Add your custom domain, then keep the generated DNS records open.
Steps
- Log in to Namecheap.
- Open Domain List.
- Click Manage beside the domain.
- Open Advanced DNS.
- Find Host Records.
- Click Add New Record.
- Copy one record from Partner Panel.
- Paste it into Namecheap using the field map below.
- Save changes.
- Repeat for every routing and verification record.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

If Namecheap rejects the full domain in Host, use only the subdomain part. For app.youragency.com, enter app.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Host Records is missing | Your domain may use custom nameservers. Edit DNS wherever those nameservers point. |
| CNAME conflict | Only remove the conflicting record if you are sure it is not used by your website, email, or another app. |
| Verification still pending | Wait a few minutes and click Verify Domain again. |
