How do I connect a GoDaddy domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside GoDaddy.
Use this if your domain is registered or DNS-managed in GoDaddy.
Before you start
Open Partner Panel → Domains first. Add your custom domain, then keep the Routing Records and Verification Records open while you work in GoDaddy.
Steps
- Log in to GoDaddy.
- Open Domain Portfolio.
- Select the domain you want to connect.
- Open DNS or DNS Records.
- Click Add New Record.
- Copy one record from Partner Panel.
- Paste it into GoDaddy using the field map below.
- Save the record.
- Repeat until every Partner Panel record has been added.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

If GoDaddy shows the full domain preview for app.youragency.com, enter app in Name instead of the full domain.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Record already exists | Check whether the same Type and Name already exist. Do not delete website or email records unless you know they are safe to remove. |
| Domain still says pending | Wait a few minutes, then click Verify Domain again. DNS changes can take time to appear. |
| Website changed unexpectedly | You may have edited the root domain instead of a subdomain. Use a subdomain such as app.youragency.com. |
