How do I connect a Dynadot domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside Dynadot.
Use this if your domain is registered or DNS-managed in Dynadot.
Steps
- Log in to Dynadot.
- Open My Domains.
- Open Manage Domains.
- Select the domain.
- Open DNS.
- Add the record type shown in Partner Panel.
- Copy Name and Value from Partner Panel into Dynadot.
- Save the record.
- Repeat until every Partner Panel record has been added.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

For app.youragency.com, Dynadot may only need app in the host or subdomain field.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |

| You see nameserver options instead of DNS records | Make sure you are editing DNS records, not only changing nameservers. |
| Root domain and subdomain fields are separate | Use the subdomain field for app, portal, or clients. |
| Verification still pending | Wait and click Verify Domain again. |
