How do I connect a Cloudflare domain?
Add the Partner Panel DNS records inside Cloudflare DNS.
Use this if your domain is registered with Cloudflare or uses Cloudflare nameservers.
Before you start
Open Partner Panel → Domains first. Add your custom domain, then keep the generated routing and verification records open.
Steps
- Log in to Cloudflare.
- Open Websites.
- Select the domain.
- Open DNS → Records.
- Click Add record.
- Copy one record from Partner Panel.
- Paste it into Cloudflare using the field map below.
- Save the record.
- Repeat for every Partner Panel record.
- Return to Partner Panel → Domains and click Verify Domain.

For the easiest first verification, use DNS only if Cloudflare shows a proxy option for the record.
Common Issues
| Issue | What to do |
|---|---|
| Orange cloud is enabled | Switch the record to DNS only while verifying, then ask support before changing it back. |
| Verification fails but the record exists | Confirm the Name and Value match Partner Panel exactly. |
| Wrong Cloudflare account | Make sure you are editing the account that controls the domain's nameservers. |
