SALES CALL ANALYZER · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I use Sales Call Analyzer to build a podcast script?
Whether you can use Sales Call Analyzer to build a podcast script, plus the safest next step.
Sales Call Analyzer isn't just for sales calls — the structure it pulls out of a conversation (key moments, topic beats, strongest talk tracks) works just as well on a pre-recorded interview you're about to turn into a podcast.
Treat it as a rapid editor's pass on a long recording.
How to use it for a podcast
- Record the conversation first (Zoom, Riverside, straight audio — anything).
- Open Sales Call Analyzer → New Call → Review an existing call recording.
- Fill in the required prospect and company fields with the closest available guest and company details.
- Choose Upload Recording or Paste Transcript. Transcripts must be at least 175 words; 600+ words usually gives the AI more to work with.
- Click Submit for Analysis.
What you get back that helps a script
| Output | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Full transcript | Your raw dialogue — copy chunks straight into the script. |
| Key moments | The analyzer flags the most substantive exchanges. These are your highlights. Build the script around them. |
| Strengths / weaknesses | Shows which topics landed and which dragged. Cut the draggers. |
| Stage-by-stage breakdown | Useful for pacing — lets you see where the conversation shifted energy. |
It's a starting point, not a finished script
The analyzer gives you structure and highlights. You still need to stitch the segments together, write intros/outros, and handle transitions. Think of it as the editor doing the first rough cut.
