Why do I have to onboard again in my new workspace or account?
Each workspace keeps its own Onboarding session and business context.
Onboarding is completed separately for each workspace. The server saves progress to the onboarding session for the current user and workspace, so it does not automatically carry over when you:
- Create a new workspace.
- Join a different workspace that still needs setup.
- Sign in to a separate account, including a white-label partner portal.
This keeps the website, business type, sales method, bottleneck, plan selection, and provisioning state tied to the correct workspace.
White-label partner accounts are separate
If you set up your own white-label partner platform, signing in there creates a separate account and workspace, even when you use the same email address. Onboarding answers from your original account do not transfer, so the new platform will usually ask you to onboard again.
Set up the new workspace
- Enter the new workspace's website, or choose I don't have one yet.
- Confirm the workspace name and your full name.
- Confirm its business type, sales method, and primary bottleneck.
- Continue with the supported Pro monthly option and let sandbox provisioning finish.
If the new workspace uses the same business, you can enter the same answers again. Onboarding does not provide an automatic answer-copy tool between workspaces.
Tool data is separate
Onboarding does not copy or create Niche Researcher reports, offers, campaigns, CRM records, or client workspace data. Each tool keeps its own workspace-scoped data.
