What if I skipped onboarding and need to start over?
What to do if onboarding was skipped and you need help restarting it.
If onboarding was skipped:
- Click Dashboard in the left menu.
- If onboarding is incomplete, the platform redirects you to Onboarding or shows a Start Onboarding prompt.
- Follow the redirect or use the Start Onboarding prompt to continue from the server-saved screen.
If the workspace is already marked complete, an owner or admin can open Settings → Workspace and choose Reset Workspace Onboarding.
Some white-label partners intentionally skip onboarding for every new user. If reset does not reopen the flow, ask the partner owner whether onboarding is hidden for the portal.
