How long does onboarding take?
The questionnaire is short, while subscription and sandbox setup can take longer.
The guided questions usually take about one minute when you know your website and business details.
The website scan normally takes only a short time. If it cannot read the site, choose Try again or Continue without website.
Workspace activation can take longer because the platform must verify Pro monthly access and provision the sandbox setup. Keep the page open while that finishes. If the final setup fails, retry from the same page; refreshing can resume from the saved completion checkpoint.
