How do I start onboarding?
Learn how onboarding starts automatically when you create or access a workspace.
Onboarding starts on its own when you:
- Sign in with a new account that has not finished setup. The platform opens
/dashboard/onboarding. - Open an existing workspace that has an incomplete onboarding session.
- Choose Start Onboarding if the Dashboard shows that prompt.
You usually do not need to find onboarding yourself. The system knows when onboarding is not done and either takes you there or shows the Dashboard prompt.
To rerun onboarding for a completed workspace, an owner or admin can use Settings → Workspace → Reset Workspace Onboarding.
