How do I add a Google Meet link to CRM meetings (instead of Zoom)?

For AI SDR bookings, configure the meeting link in Acquisity. If you want Google Meet instead of Zoom, use a static Google Meet room.

Static Google Meet room

If you use a personal Google Meet room you want reused across all meetings:

1. Create the Meet room in advance (Google Meet → New Meeting → Start an instant meeting → copy the URL).
2. In Acquisity, Settings → Conferencing → Meeting Link Type → Static meeting link.
3. Paste the Meet URL into the Meeting Link field.
4. Click Save.

Every AI SDR booking uses that single link.

If you actually want to keep Zoom

Either paste your Zoom link as the static meeting link, or connect Zoom via Settings → Conferencing → Dynamic meeting links for per-meeting Zoom rooms.

Where meetings show up

Booked meetings appear in CRM → Appointments with the conferencing details and links back to CRM records where available.
