Does Acquisity integrate with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM?
Whether acquisity integrate with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, plus what to do next.
There's no native GoHighLevel (GHL) sync today. The CRM doesn't push or pull data automatically to GHL, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
The practical path is a manual CSV round-trip - export from Acquisity, import into GHL - and it's fully self-serve.
Move data between Acquisity and GHL
One-off export - GHL import
- In Acquisity, open CRM → People (or Companies / Deals / Appointments - each section exports separately).
- Click the Export button (download icon, top-right of the table). A CSV downloads.
- Reformat column headers if needed to match GHL's import schema.
- In GoHighLevel, use their CSV import to upload the file.
This pattern is available for People, Companies, Deals, and Appointments.
For ongoing sync
There's no live sync today. Options:
| Approach | Status |
|---|---|
| Native GHL CRM sync | Not available today. |
| Public CRM API | Coming soon. Not available to general users yet. |
| Zapier / n8n bridge | Coming soon. Not available as a packaged GHL sync. |
| Scheduled manual CSV roundtrip | The working path today. |
What the Acquisity CRM exports include
The People export has: Name, Title, Primary Email, All Emails, Primary Phone, All Phones, Tags, Linked Companies, Linked Deals, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Address, Created At, Updated At. Companies, Deals, and Appointments each have their own column set.
If you need a GHL-first workflow
If GoHighLevel is your primary CRM and Acquisity is strictly a sending engine, keep your sales pipeline in GHL and only use Acquisity's CRM for reply triage. You'll still move CSVs occasionally, but you avoid dual-entry day-to-day.
