Where can I see which emails failed during upload?

Use Review values before import for row-level errors; after import, the Leads tab warning shows skipped-count reasons.

Before you import, the Review values step is the best place to see and fix row-level problems. It shows errors by column and lets you toggle Show only rows with errors.

After a CSV import, you'll see a summary card on the Leads tab showing what was skipped and why. The breakdown uses these labels:

  • N already in other campaigns — duplicates from other campaigns in your workspace.
  • N duplicates — duplicates within the upload itself.
  • N in blocklist — addresses in your DNC/blocklist.
  • N invalid emails — failed email-format validation.
  • N incomplete — rows missing required fields (name, email, or industry).

The post-import card is a summary, not the main place to fix row-level errors. If you need exact row detail, go back to the CSV, re-upload, and use Review values before clicking Import.
