What do the account statuses mean?
Active means sending normally, Paused means manually paused, Error means the connection needs reconnecting.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active (green) | The account is connected and sending normally. |
| Paused (yellow) | You've paused this account. It won't send campaign or warmup emails until you resume it. |
| Error (red) | Something is wrong with the connection. Click the account and use the Reconnect button to fix it. |
