WORKSPACE SWITCHER · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is this workspace I didn't create?

What this workspace I didn't create is and when to use it.

Extra workspaces in your switcher are usually one of two things:

  • Sample or demo data created during initial account setup. It populates the workspace with example campaigns and leads so you can see what the platform looks like before running real outreach.
  • An earlier setup — for example, if you or someone on your team created a test workspace during onboarding and never cleaned it up.

Both are harmless but clutter your switcher.

How to tell if it's safe to delete

Open the workspace and check:

  1. Are you the Owner? Only Owners can delete a workspace. If you're listed as a Member or Admin, ask the Owner to handle it.
  2. Are there any real campaigns or deals? Unfamiliar data can be sample data, demo data, or an old test workspace. Do not remove the workspace until you are sure nobody needs it.
  3. Does your team recognise it? If you're on a shared account, ask before deleting.

To delete an unwanted workspace

  1. Switch to the workspace (click its name in the top-left menu).
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → General.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone (red border) at the bottom.
  4. Click Delete Workspace.
  5. Type the workspace name exactly to confirm.

Deletion is permanent

Everything inside the workspace is removed — campaigns, leads, CRM data, integrations, settings. There's no undo. Export anything you want to keep before deleting.
