WORKSPACE SWITCHER · FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need a separate workspace for each client?
Whether need a separate workspace for each client, plus what to do next.
One workspace per client is the standard setup. It's the cleanest way to manage outreach for multiple businesses.
Each workspace gives your client:
- Their own campaigns, leads, and CRM — no mixing with other clients' data
- Their own knowledge base — the AI SDR replies as that specific business, not a generic voice
- Their own calendar and meeting links — bookings go to the right place
- Their own billing line — easier to invoice, easier to hand over if the client eventually takes it in-house
When you might not need a separate workspace
You can run campaigns for a client inside your own workspace if:
- You're running outreach on their behalf without handing them platform access
- It's a short-term project (a few weeks, not ongoing)
- You're comfortable mixing their leads/results with any other work in that workspace
Most agencies still prefer the client-per-workspace setup because of the clean handoff if the client ever wants control.
How many workspaces does your plan include?
Open Settings → Billing to see your current plan and what it covers. If you're unsure how many workspaces you're entitled to, contact support via Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar, or the chat bubble if it is visible — they can check your plan against your account.
