Where are community events and weekly coaching calls?
Community events, coaching calls, and event replays live in the Heartbeat community — not inside the Acquisity platform.
Community events, coaching calls, and replays live in Heartbeat — a separate community platform at https://mastermind.aiacquisitionmethod.com/, not inside the Acquisity app. Access is included with your plan, but the invite arrives separately and it's easy to miss.

If you don't have a Heartbeat invite
- Check your inbox for the original welcome email from your plan purchase — the Heartbeat invite is usually in there or sent separately within 24 hours.
- Search your email for "Heartbeat" — spam filters sometimes catch these.
- If there's no invite anywhere, start a chat with support via Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar and say you're missing Heartbeat access. Include your plan tier and purchase email.
Calls and events currently run here, not there
A few items happen inside the Acquisity app rather than Heartbeat:
- AI Consultant sessions — inside the platform, AI Consultant in the sidebar.
- Support chat — inside the platform, use Feedback in the bottom-left sidebar or the chat bubble if it is visible.
Heartbeat and Acquisity use different logins
Your Acquisity login doesn't automatically sign you into Heartbeat. Expect a separate sign-up/invite flow.
