Hiring Portal

The Hiring Portal helps you connect with top AI Implementation Specialists who can help deliver your AI projects. You can browse profile cards, search by name, company, or skill, and use the contact buttons each specialist provides.

How to open the Hiring Portal

1. Click Resources in the left menu.

2. Click Hiring Portal.

3. You will see a grid of specialist profile cards.

Searching for a specialist

1. Find the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Type in a name, company, or skill (like "cold email" or "automation").
3. The results update as you type.

What each profile card shows

Every specialist card includes:

• Photo - their profile picture
• Name - their full name
• Company - their business name (clickable if they have a website)
• Years in business - shown next to their company name
• Specialization tags - small labels showing what they do (like "AI SDR", "Lead Gen", "CRM Setup"). Up to 5 tags are shown.
• Description - a short summary of their services. If it is long, click Show more to read the full thing.

Below the description, you will see small buttons. Not every specialist has all of these:

At the bottom of the card, there may also be:

Applying to be listed

If you are an AI specialist and want your profile shown here:

1. Scroll to the end of the specialist grid.
2. You will see a card that says "Want to be listed here?"
3. Click the Apply Now button.
4. This opens an application form in a new tab.
5. Fill out the form and submit it.
6. The team will review your application and get back to you within 24 hours.
